Welcome to Water Pup.
You're now part of something bigger than a water bowl. Here's everything you need to know to get started.
Thank you for joining the movement.
By becoming a Water Pup partner, you're making a real difference for dogs and their owners in your community, and building the kind of loyalty that no ad campaign can buy.
What you've committed to
Water Pup is built on one simple promise: fresh water, served on request. Not a shared bowl left outside all day. Not water that's been sitting in the sun since morning. When a dog owner walks in and asks, you're ready, with a fresh disposable bowl and clean water. That's it. That's the whole thing. And it matters more than you think.
Your Water Pup kit includes
A supply of disposable bowls
Hygienic, single-use bowls, kept behind the counter, ready when a dog owner asks. No washing, no shared bowls.
A Water Pup window sticker
Display it on your front door or window so dog owners can spot you from the street before they even walk in.

How it works
Keep disposable bowls stocked behind the counter
Store them inside, out of the sun. When you're running low, reach out and we'll send a fresh supply.
When a dog owner asks, grab a fresh bowl
Take a new disposable bowl and fill it with clean tap water right before serving. Never pre-fill and let it sit.
Place the bowl on the ground for the dog
Simple, but it matters. Let the dog drink comfortably while the owner is with you.
Toss the bowl after use
That's the whole point, no washing, no cross-contamination. One dog, one bowl, done.
Let people know you're a Water Pup spot
A small sign, a mention on social media, or simply telling customers, it goes a long way.
What to say
When a customer asks about Water Pup, here's a simple way to explain it:
"We're part of Water Pup, a community of businesses that serve fresh water to dogs on request. Just ask and we'll bring out a clean disposable bowl right away."
A few things to avoid
Don't leave bowls outside unattended
Disposable bowls left in the sun still collect dust and heat. Keep them behind the counter and serve fresh on request.
Don't reuse a bowl between dogs
Each dog gets a fresh bowl, that's what makes Water Pup different. One use, then toss.
Don't worry if you're busy
A simple "give me one second" is perfectly fine. Dog owners appreciate the effort.
